Team Declaration Sheets

For every competition schools are required to fill a Team Declaration Sheets. Some Schools have their own version adapted to suit their needs.

The data is used by the SSP and the Youth Sport Trust to measure the impact of the Competition Manager and all the PESSYP strand programmes.

These data sheets should be sent to Helen Burdett Competition Manager, by the 10th of each month.
