Ryde Cluster- Primary Schools Island Games Trials
On Thursday 29th April children from Ryde Primary Schools attended the PSIG trials. The event was held at Ryde High School, hosted and managed by Young Leaders from the High School.
Pupils from the Cluster Primary Schools competed all afternoon in Basketball, Tennis, Girls Football, High5 Netball, Tag Rugby, Athletics and Cycling.
Everyone enjoyed themselves and learnt much from competing against pupils from other school.
The Cluster Primary Link Teachers (PLT's) were able to observe all the excellent performances select pupils for each sport for the St Helena team.
Each PLT will invite pupils to attend second trials to enable final selections to take place.
